MBA Master of Business Administration

The Master of Business Administration in Leadership, an online (hybrid) program, is designed for adult students who are working in a setting where they can immediately apply and practice the theories and skills they learn in the program. Simpson University believes that adult students learn best when their courses are relevant and applicable to what they are currently doing and what they want to become. The 36-credit program is structured so that students complete it in one or two years by taking one or two seven-week courses at a time. This allows for maximum attention to each course and for learning to build from course to course across the program.
